Central Park Reef Resort

I liked location and security. Staff were friendly and helpful. they wanted to charge me for a bucket of ice but gave me a plastic cup of ice for free. Security kept the venders at a distance.

I didn't like the heavy balcony door with no handle on the outside to get back in. The shower floor had soap scum in corners. There was no hand towels or face cloth. Chairs on balcony felt like they were going to break. Very wobbly. There should be more then one person Allowed to mix drinks, waiting time was close to 15 minutes for a drink at the bar.

Great customer service starting from the entrance. Front desk and room service always got me taken care of. Thanks!

Property is probably the best one in the area. The facility itself can probably use an updating with cleaning up the place a little better. You can tell it's getting old and not very shiny in some places like the restroom. Was really disappointed with the food. Ordered a soup and they gave it to us luke warm. Everyone knows you don't serve soup like that but what really upset me was watching the staff eat their soup for lunch which i saw there soup steaming hot. Hot soup for them and cold soup for the guests. Not cool.

Booked here and then read a lot of recent bad reviews….my experience was the exact opposite. All the staff were extremely friendly. Anything I needed was dealt with as quickly as possible. I had a jacuzzi suite- jacuzzi worked great, the room ahead an incredible view, room service was affordable and quick, front desk staff arranged taxi service for me, air conditioning worked great and I didn’t see any bugs. Sure there are locals trying to sell souvenirs-but that’s everywhere in the Philippines! I bought some cool bracelets off a guy on the beach. I’m not too into clubbing, but if you are there’s a lot of nightlife. I chose to stay in and enjoy my room most of the time. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! 10/10

Off season visit but nice ambiance and staff attentive to needs. Easy travelling distance to SM malls etc. And family enjoyed nearby amenities of inflatable island

great location comfortable and clean well equipped room, basement parking available, great views and small balcony.

Didn’t like that No taxi from this resort and there is no gym and inside the lobby always hot they don’t turn on the aircon
