Hot spring was awesome
Nice view.
The view of Mount Fuji could be seen from the rooms, onsen and lobby. We had a great experience during our stay.
The information from the Front Desk was not enough. They didn’t tell the morning closing time of onsen
Lots of good reasons to stay in this hotel. We can see Mt. Fuji in the lobby, hotel room and outdoor onsen. The staff are friendly and kind, many customers queued up at the lobby waiting to take photo with Mt Fuji, the staff showed up and is patient to help all of them (including us) to take photos. On the day we checked out, my wife realised she left a ring in the room, we went back to the hotel few hours later to check with front desk, after few mins they got back to us with her ring in a transparent zip bag. Their service is just so professional.

Great public bath and resting area. Excellent view with Fujisan in good weather.
