Había una máquina junto al cuatto quese encendía cada rato y hacia mucho ruido, día y noche. El cuarto estaba junto a la recepción, no tenía caja de seguridad, hacían ruido desde las 5:30 am y hasta se ponían a imprimir o discutir en recepción. Aunque dejaba el letrero de no molestar, entraban al cuarto y no dejaban toallas suficientes y las que dejaban estaban ya todas deshilachadas

The location doesnt compare to the photos. Run down, shower leaked, bed was hard, pool was dirty, cleaning solution in the room was so powerful it was tough to breathe. Zero internet making it impossible to communicate with our children back home. Receptionist would not allow refund saying someone was coming to fix the issues. Never happened. We ended up having to forfeit our costs and leave two days early.

En realidad mi estancia fue muy breve, solicité algunas recomendación es y no me supieron ayudar, nunca puede hacer funcionar la TV, el teléfono no servía y aunque solo bastaba con abrir la puerta y caminar unos pasos, decidí que no era importante. Nuevamente por la mañana cuando solicité información sobre el desayuno, la respuesta fue: “pues ahí está” “por ahí está la hojita”…

Me encantó este hotel, las habitaciones son hermosas y su personal es muy amable y acogedor, por error nos asignaron una habitación superior a la que reservamos y ellos fueron muy amables en dejarnos en ella, esto fue muy significativo ya que fui a una cita médica y me dieron buenas noticias y anillo de compromiso ♥️
