When we got to the room the toilet was disgusting the whole room stunk or pooh

Nice hotel and location

Good hotel no fuss booking in and in a great location right in the heart of the town

Didn’t have breakfast The location was good. For seeing family

The street appeared to be a bit noisy early hours but that can’t be helped

1) No room for luggage or hangers for clothes. Drinking glasses not cleaned. 2) Smelly toilet. 3) TV small and not working properly.

Clean,nice room.

Location was good, near the front if that's your thing & the town & a short walk from the station,room was comfortable.

Breakfast not supplied which I wasn't aware of, been on the go all day so would've been nice to have had a cup of tea & relax a little go to make one & no milk call the number supplied & was told they must've run out & to go to the local shop to get some, really? That is a basic basic that should be supplied,I've been travelling around the country for the best part of 25 years & never stayed anywhere that had no milk supplied so you could have a cup of tea. Turn up the next night still no milk, if I'd have paid £20 a night I get it,but for the price paid it's simply unacceptable.
