Es un hotel carísimo para lo descuidado y feo que es. NO tiene amenidades . Una hamburguesa cuesta 500 pesos y es mala. Un club sandwich cuesta 480 pesos y es malo. La habitación estaba sucia y no tenía almohadas . A las 11 pm tardaron casi 1:30 min en llevar 2 almohadas . Por el precio que pagas hay mejores hoteles .

We love the staff here but we asked them every day to fix our ac unit and they didn’t. Our room was hot and uncomfortable which was not ok. We asked for a discount and the manager refused.

I didn’t stay on this hotel but they changed me When I did try cancel my booking just after 5 minutes after booking Any way I couldn’t get my money back
