Courtyard Toluca Airport

Todo excelente, instalaciones impresionantes a la vista pero me decepcionó un poco que se filtre el ruido de las demás habitaciones.

Location in regards to location of customers I was visiting.

Premises not clean, poor options in the menu of the restaurant, phone in the room did not work, problems with AC in the room reported to hotel staff but not fixed. Staff not very helpful, taxi service from hotel not provided in a timely manner. Will not return to this hotel.

Basic hotel, basic room, basic breakfast

Had to pay extra for espresso at breakfast

Did not like,there is not a sign at night to SEE where is the IN/out car

No valet receiving the car. Walking from parking in the rain is terrible.

Es una zona solamente industrial. No es para recreacion.

Muy agradable y cómodo , el personal muy atento y el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto es muy bueno

Malo el servicio de restaurante, sabor, atención de meseros, y disponibilidad de alimentos para lo ofrecido como desayuno incluido, también fue limitado. Limpieza del área destinada para alimentos vespertinos o cena, regular, sillones se percibe mal olor y polvosa.

the worse experience I ever had with a Mariott property. This hotel does not feel Marriott at all. Service is horrible, rooms are dirty. No coffeemaker one small bottle of water for 2 people, rooms are old and dark not friendly at all. The Hotel stated they have a restaurant and a bar which is permanently closed. So we had to take a taxi to go for dinner late in the night. Breakfast is not eatable (see fotos), service is nonresponsive at all. After telling them that the breakfast is a disgrace and they shall show me what they would eat from here, they offered me some eggs to be made. My son had pan cakes which he could not eat they were hard and dry, leftovers from days before we I guess!
