El hotel estaba cerrado. Es increÍble que permitan hacer una reservación en un hotel que está en remodelación. Nosotros querÍamos hospedarnos en ese hotel por un vuelo que debíamos tomar al siguiente día muy temprano. NOS COMPLICARON TODO

Tiene muy buena actitud de servicio. Ahora mismo estoy hospedado en Marriot Courtyard Toluca Aeropuerto, y si hay una gran diferencia en todo.

El Hotel estaba muy bien cuidado y el personal fue muy amable en todo momentol. Un gran detalle fue que nos dieron nuestra habitación un poquito antes para dejar nuestras pertenencias, ya que ibamos con el tiempo justos para salir a un evento. La habitación estaba limpia y en excelentes condiciones. El único detalle fue que el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba y una sábana tenia una mancha pequeña, pero esto para nada afecto nuestra visita, es una pequeña observación para evitar que futuros huéspedes puedan molestarse por esto. Fue muy agradable nuestra estancia, la comida del restaurante estuvo deliciosa. Muchas gracias por todo.
