Courtyard Toluca Airport

ES INACEPTABLE QUE NO TENGAN SERVICIO DE ALIMENTOS POR LAS TARDES, NOCHES.

The property is nice, however, we chose the hotel specifically for the airport transfer. We could have had an equally nice hotel experience elsewhere for much cheaper but we wanted the airport transportation. We were not informed until we went to schedule the transportation that they apparently do not have transportation. We were frustrated as airport transport was listed as an amenity in our reservation paperwork.

Desepcionante para ser un Marriott, una noche en la madrugada me desperto un olor fétido a cañeria muy fuerte no supe de donde provenia, en otra ocasión al llegar al hotel encontre la reja cerrada con candado, tuve que esperar varios minutos hasta que alguien se acercó y baje del auto a decirle que estaba hospedado para que me abriera, hay que ir a resepcion a que te validen el boleto cada vez que quiere uno salir, el día de mi check out dejaron un papel por debajo de la puerta diciendo que tenía que hacerlo antes de las 10 am cuando tanto en la reservacion como en el check in, me dijeron era a las 12 del día, esto lo hicieron porque tenian lleno el hotel con una convención, pero no son modos. por último un par de dias me tuve que bañar con agua fría. En general mala expetiencia no corresponde a la cadena Marriott la calidad del Hotel aunque si el precio. hay mucho mejores ofertas en la zona.

They closed the hotel and gave me room at another hotel that was far from airport and I had to pay for a taxi to get there. Bed was hard and not confortable

Breakfast was good, but the restaurant was closed, had to sit in a booth next to the bar and reception area. Booth was OK, but the table was small and there was dust under the television in the booth; looked like it had not been cleaned in years.

Pretty much everything, except the breakfast, which was good. on Booking.com the room was listed as a double room with double beds, but the details specifically stated a King bed. I called after i booked the reservation and confirmed with the hotel reception that it was indeed a king bed. We arrived after 1:00 am, because we went to a Christmas Party in the vicinity and were given room 269 with 2 double beds, the room smelled damp and musty. They did give us another room (286) that was better, but no coffee as advertised. Looks like a hotel that Marriot bought and is currently renovating.

Muy buena atención, lugar bonito, ambiente agradable y personal atento. Faltan opciones saludables más allá de solo fruta en el buffet. Mejorar el gimnasio.

Es un hotel bonito y agradable, limpio, además el personal amigable y siempre servicial. La habitación me gustó bastante. Al gimnasio le falta mucho para serlo y no existen en el buffet opciones saludables bajas en carbohidratos o keto.

No me gusto, servicio deficiente no hay capacidad ni siquiera de ponerte más toallas de las solicitadas las tarjetas fallan

La tele no funcionaba, el aire acondicionado del cuarto tampoco. Pesimo servicio, pedíamos toallas y no las llevaban y el día que cenamos en el hotel solo 2 opciones y precios muy elevados.
