Cute theme. Clean hotel.

Unfortunately late night valet worker lost our keys, we were stuck in the lobby for hours while they figured out where our keys were eventually having a lock smith make a new key for us. But it ruined our plans of exploring with so much time lost.

Lovely building, comfortable room, kind staff.

Much construction on the street, but this shall pass.

It’s nice and in a cool building

I had a charge on my account that I couldn’t get off for the longest time. If I had a problem the person at the front desk was never able to help and said they’d tell the manager when they came in but when the manager came in they had no idea what was going on and the problem would never get resolved.

I tried to take a shower . I let the water run to see if it got hot . And it didn't . It was cold water . I paid $100.00 And not be able to take a shower . Plus you charged me an extra $100

Great location. Super friendly staff. My first time visiting Omaha was made wonderful by the beautiful room and pleasant staff.

I didn’t have running water for my first night of the stay. The lovely staff notified me ahead of time while selecting the room. Just disappointed I traveled here at the same time as all of the downtown roadwork.

The hotel is beautiful. It’s in within short walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and venues downtown. Friendly staff.

The hotel was great! The staff were mostly great! Although, we could tell when we walked in, they were pretty stressed because their system was down so it was a little off putting. It was loud and unorganized during that time and for the beauty of this hotel, it seems the emotions would’ve been put to the side. However, I do recognize it can be a stressful situation and we are all human! Also, this is definitely not the property’s fault but HOLY CONSTRUCTION! Every street and block in downtown Omaha is currently being worked on. There is also some directly outside of the hotel. Hopefully they get it done soon!
