No elevator, carpets were dirty in rooms, staff bring their kids to work and they run around in the lobby. They charge people for smoking because AI said so. The staff didn’t answer your questions just looked at you

Hotel was okay when I was checking in the fire alarm went off and had to wait to go to room, then when they said we could go to room the alarm went off again and had to go out again.fire dept. came and check out then could finally go to room. Only one elevator worked,

breakfast sucked, pool was dirty

It was comfortable beds to sleep in.

The room smelt like feet. It wasn't cleaned and the sheets didn't seem to be clean. The elevator was not working and the pool was freezing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Location

Parts of the hotel were not very clean, including our room, the pool and stairs. No hot water in the shower, we had to take cold showers.

Room assigned has not been cleaned at my checking; it was 9:30 pm. The staff was not helpful in making other room assignments; I left.

Awful. Key didn't work 4 times, elevator didn't work, water in tub doesn't shut down. Mattress has pretty much a hole in a middle

Property was located at a very convenient place. Everything was located accessible to our stay target and restaurants were nearby big plus for us.

Other than a good day, noticed that the AC system had a musky smell, most likely needed to change the air filter or if it was the carpet

Breakfast was good location not bad good view

Kept my deposit said I was smoking when I was not. I went outside all sat and sunday at even ridiculous hours of the night to smoke but in the last day when im checking out all of a sudden im going to smoke in the room ?? What kinda of sense is that ? I can see if you said I smoked on the 13th but at 715 in the morning on check out day ? I knew better then to trust this hotel with a $150 deposit but I like la Quinta and thought it might have been worth it cause Id get that money back. With the $194 and the $150 I ended up spending I could have went to the mining exchange or somewhere really nice. Plus had a gentleman yelling in the lobby the first night and someone knocking on my door the second night drunk. Id have to say it was the worst experience I've had with a motel in a long time. Shame on you for punishing me when I gave you my trust.
