That La Quinta understaffs its hotels to maximize shareholder profits.

Very disappointing stay. The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The room was in poor condition: old furniture, a broken bathroom sink, very little space, and issues with hot water. The laundry facilities were terrible — there was only one old washing machine for the entire hotel, and I had to wait almost two hours to use it. The breakfast was a joke: very limited food and not enough tables for guests. To make matters worse, they couldn’t extend my stay. I’ve stayed in motels that were much better than this hotel. I would not recommend it.

Not to much

Well, it was hard to open door, the desk in the room had a big burn spot, and the phone equipment was off the wall. The breakfast was so bad that my dog put her nose up on the eggs and sausage. The orange juice and apple juice was nasty, clear water. They was only one individual who dressed clean, he was a tall skinny young man working on the desk. The rest of staff were not looking professional at all. Hotel business is a money maker. The room needed a good vacuum. They was some stuff behind the end tables, did not wanted to know, the bathroom floor needed a good mopping, they was some sticky item on it. Which I did clean the room, the best I could, lesson learned. Also, had a bad experience i needed to wash few clothes. When into the laundry room, I was washing clothes, someone took my clothes stop the machine, put all my clothes on the floor, that was a very evil thing to do. I did wait 20 minutes before I place someone clothes in the dryer. I did waited 20 minutes person did not show up. If I did something wrong please I apologize, but they was no reason for someone to place all my wet clothes on the floor. La quinta used to be a 10, I guess person just don't care about how they look in front people, or smile, or just show concern. For years la quinta was top rated in everything, from front desk to housekeeping, maintenance person, and room. I guess owners dont want to be people who care. Anyway my experience at the Colorado Springs La quinta. Rated a 2.

The room was very nice and clean. It was in the perfect location.

There wasn't any creamer for the coffee.

The door would not lock because the strike plate was loose and the screws holding the strike plate would not tighten. The toilet wouldnt flush, and the room was dirty. coffee spills, hair, dust and dirt. There was a $150 deposit hold, which was not disclosed at check in or when i reserved the room. So with the cost of the room and the deposit i could of stayed in an airbnb for one night. This was horrible and will not be staying here again. which is to bad because it is in a decent location and we come back to this area at least 2 times a year. The worst part is we just got married and needed a one night stay before we left for our honey moon. That was a bad way to start the trip.

Everything could of been better. the front desk staff was sour because of all the complaints. at one point the gentleman who was at the front desk had 5 people complaining that their rooms were not cleaned.

The room was not clean, the shampoo bottle, hand shop was empty, the customer service at the lobby was poor, and the breakfast was terrible.

we are a nonsmoking family, erroneously chargeed over 600 dollars for smoking, when I called the staff they said , it could be due to a faulty microwave?? The customer service is very lacking , have been a Wyndham rewards member for several years will NOT stay with that WYNDHAM hotel again.

MY wife and I were on 21 day roadtrip. Stayed at multiple motels and other Wyndham La Quinta Inns. This erroneous billing by their staff has completely ruined that vacation. The customer service lack of effort in trying to resolve a billing issue does NOT speak very well for their staff. This was our third trip in 6 months, I loved staying at LA Quinta Inns, they are clean with a great breakfast and normally reasonably priced The La Quinta In Colorado Springs has ruined a perfectly good road trip for me and my family!f
