Great location!

Location was great. All items needed were available

There should be some type of additional shelving in the bathrooms as there is no where to place our bathroom items. The AC unit is located above the table where I had set up my laptop and on day 3 was dripping condensation to the table area. The water damaged my laptop leading to having to replace the keypad and rendering me without my laptop for the rest of our trip. The access instructions were a little confusing as we arrived at about 1:30 am and had to figure out in the dark.

This was perfect for a couple nights stay in Boston. Super easy to get in and out, great location as well.

Clean, comfortable. Easy walking distance to sights and nice restaurants. Kept cool in the hot weather - liked being in basement. Little gifts on arrival were a nice touch

A bit of a damp smell but not too serious. Coins required for washing machine - most travellers are cashless. Net curtains would have allowed us to have shutters open in privacy.

Great location with beautiful architecture around. Perfect for a week to spend in Boston and/or commute by public transport to other cities. Clean and fully furnished apartment, though sometimes the air gets a little damp (around July)

The location is great, very central, a lot of things are walking distance, air conditioning, apartment is equipped with the basics, noting special though. The shower curtain in the bathroom had a strong mold smell. It took a while for me to figure out the source of the smell. It was the outer curtain. We vented the bathroom all day and night and I sprayed peroxide on the curtain after I realized the source of the mold smell. A bathroom vanity would have been nice. The bed was too small for our taste. The communication with Sonders was uncomplicated and efficient. We had a great stay in Boston otherwise.

I think for the price of the room they could get better toilet paper and provide some drinking water. Also the walls in the bathroom could use a wipe down. The rest of the place was super clean though!

The location is so close to the subway station. The neighbourhood is very nice too. The room exceed our expectation and quite new. I had a question during the stay and staff was very accommodating. Overall experience was good.

We loved the vibe of the apartment and the central location. The flat was in an old brownstone in a fantastic location about 5 minutes walk to the Boston Common. Close to public transport and good restaurants and pubs.

Nice property
