Lovely peaceful location, not very easy to find so make a note of Gemma’s instructions. No full length mirror. Very relaxing, and peaceful, the peacocks were beautiful to watch wondering around the farm. Not noisy at all.
Wonderful property, set in a beautiful non working farm. The room was very spacious and tastefully decorated barn conversion. The main house was just across the way if we needed anything so you could have little or as much interaction as you liked. There were at least 4 peacocks wandering freely which were very amusing and Gemma was a lovely host . I would certainly recommend staying but probably more suited to couples than families and a car is a must although Looe harbour wasn’t far it wasn’t a safe road to walk.

Peaceful. Relaxing . Peacocks Perch was large and had a great bed & linens, two reading chairs & the peacocks checked in on us each morning with their baby chicks! Nice touch warm towels !
Arrived, had six lovely nights, peaceful and quiet surroundings. Must have transport as no public pathways. Would definitely stay there again.
The room was the middle of 3 in a converted barn or stable. It was comfortable and quaint with its stone floor and beamed ceiling. There is no breakfast available at the property, but there were some bowls and plates supplied if you wanted to bring your own and there was a farm shop closeby with a cafe that cooked breakfasts.
Amazing stay, lovely little quiet place. Would benefit from a fridge in room.
Lovely room, and beautifully cool in the hot weather. helpful and friendly hosts. Excellent base for exploring this part of Cornwall.
