The location was fabulous, but facilities adequate. There was no fridge to keep fresh milk or drinks cool, the self serve drinks tray was positioned very low to the ground which meant bending or kneeling on the floor. There was only half a roll of toilet tissue which ran out on our last evening.
Used the 4 day stay as a base to travel around Cornwall. Pleasant and accomodating hosts. Slightly off the main road so stay was peaceful. Swimming pool work in progress. 4 mile drive to Looe which has an abundance of pubs and restaurants, and seafood market. Very enjoyable stay.
Stayed here at the weekend, what a fantastic spot! Spectacular views, lovely accommodation and wildlife all around. Room was exceptionally clean and finished to a high country feel standard. The welcome letter advising of what is close by for food, essentials and also night life was a lovely touch. They accommodated our very early morning check in. Would definitely recommend and will most certainly be booking here again.
Had a short stay here for 2 nights - Absolutely lovely place to stay, only a 5minute drive from Looe and easy to access other local visiting spots from here. Property was lovely and clean also, will definitely be coming to stay here again.
Beautiful location, nice room - rustic looking but modern facilities. Quite isolated - not much within walking distance but a short drive from lots of places.

My wife and I stayed in Lilly Lovedays room. The room was large and nicely decorated, we turned our bed around to be able to watch the TV as it was right over to left of the bed. The shower was lovely no doubt about it! Had a wee bit of trouble finding the on/off swith for the radiator (It was on a rafter above the wardrobe in the main room!) The bathroom window is out of place with the rest of the bathroom, and could do with replacing. Other news, we had visits from a lovely cat a few times a day, s well as some peacocks. Love and quiet, host available when needed. Would stay again.
