Condesa Haus Rentals

The room was spacious, location was amazing, and excellent staff.

The bed could have been more comfortable, that's my main takeaway.

It is my go- to stay when I come back to CDMX for the last 8 years- the team and staff and so kind and cordial and they make everything easy. It feels like a home there and I love the welcoming nature and proximity to everything

Location is ideal. Near all the action, but on a quiet street. Good Wi-Fi, plenty of hot water, comfy bed!

I have to start with the problem: the rooms did not have potable water in the plumbing. There was potable water in a large container in the kitchen area but not even a separate container in the bathroom. We have stayed in Condesa several times in similar accommodations and for similar costs and have never been told the water wasn't potable. We should have been informed and/or they should have offered us a discount if this was an unexpected problem. While Fernando was helpful and the place was clean, it is unacceptable to advertise this as a fully functioning apartment.

Apartment was spacious, kitchen was nice. The apartment owner and person renting another room were both very friendly and helpful, showing me around the area and giving me a lot of tips.

The cleaner wasn't available for my stay due to family problems. I'm sure that normally the apartment is cleaned properly when the cleaning staff is working.
