Great location, room was comfortable and had nice touches for a hotel in this price range. Nice to have the ceiling fan as well!

Bedside lamp in the room didn't work, not a major issue though!

"Well located and comfortable accommodation"

Location was central and in the North Laines area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room well thought out with Charging/power at each side of the bed and very good (speed controllable) fan with dimming light overhead. Tea/coffee and water provided. Bed comfortable.

"Small but comfortable room"

A quiet room even though the hotel is located above a cafe on a busy street. Comfortable bed.

Sometimes the food smells from downstairs were quite strong, and there is nowhere to sit and work in the room - although the staff were happy for me to work in the cafe as it wasn't too busy.

"Great position for the Laines and Station"

Breakfast was not included, but was in the cafe downstairs, and it was excellent, mostly vegetarian + vegan food and bakery things - all the stuff we tried was really tasty, my son highly rated the veggie full English. All the staff I met were lovely, polite and friendly.

Shower and shower room was slightly on the small size for me (but I'm on the large size). Otherwise couldn't fault it.
