Просто потрясающий сервис. Все просьбы выполнялись очень быстро и с улыбкой на лице. Вкусные завтраки. Красивая территория, утопающая в зелени. Бассейны с песчаным пляжем и морской водой. Очень удобна кровать. Качественная сантехника. Лучшее расположение на Нуса Дуа.

Номер нам дали на первом этаже, без вида и не уютный. За 400$ в сутки ожидаешь большего. Море не очень чистое, хотя персонал и старается убирать мусор с пляжа. Плавать в море не всегда возможно из-за очень сильных отливов, но в таком случае отель располагает множеством прекрасных бассейнов.

My husband and I have just returned to Australia from holiday in Bali after spending 2 weeks at the Laguna, Nusa Dua. We do not have enough words to describe how fantastic our stay was. From arrival to departure our holiday was blissful, stress free, totally relaxing, all mainly due to the wonderful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and without exception the staff go out of their way to make you welcome at all times. There are too many individual people to mention here because every single person we interacted with were professional, knowledgeable, smiling, helpful, kind, generous and genuinely happy that you are there. Dining at the Laguna was great. The choice at breakfast was extensive, there was something for every culture and taste, always fresh, freshly cooked or prepared. The waiting staff are so attentive but never intrusive. Lunch and dinner are also very good. We tried the local Twin Island wines (a collaboration between Indonesia and Australia) and they are fabulous, very well priced, we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was wonderful. The beds are amazing (I wanted to bring one home :)), pillows and bedding the same high quality. The shower is to die for, we haven’t experienced anything better in a hotel situation. Housekeeping did a wonderful job morning and evening keeping our room immaculately tidy and clean. The gardens around the Laguna are extensive, absolutely stunning, immaculate, and a joy to walk around on a hot day and in the evening. The swimming pools are pristine, perfect temperature with plenty of sunbeds and the most enormous beach/pool towels we have seen. A small ice cream cone was offered daily by a lovely young guy who visited the beach and pool area to give each guest a small cool bite. So unexpected and so welcoming. The beach is sandy, clean and inviting, the ocean is warm and clean. Again with plenty of sunbeds, staff on hand to help with towels etc., thank you Suwandi for your daily help with towels and beds :) The traditional Balinese cultural displays at the de Bale Bar twice weekly were fantastic, we enjoyed the very professional performances very much. My husband and I have traveled extensively around the world over the last 35 years and we can honestly say we have not experienced the level of service, hospitality, attention to detail, kindness, and a true and honest desire to make your stay the best it can be. A big thank you to ‘Gus’ and Koko for their support, A big Thank You to everyone at Laguna who made our holiday so fabulous, relaxing and happy. We are already planning to return in 2027.

The Laguna a Luxury Collection Resort and Spa is one of our family favorite resort in bali for vacation or celebrate any occasion. Almost every year we are staying in this property. You can say the ambiance, view, and the top of all is their hospitality. Looking forward to stay there again in the future

We had a wonderful stay at The Laguna and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The resort is beautiful, with stunning grounds, lovely pools, and a relaxing atmosphere that made our Bali holiday very special. We especially enjoyed hiring bikes and exploring the coastline and surrounding area, which was a fantastic experience. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with a great variety of delicious options and consistently high quality. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, always making us feel welcome. A special thank you to Maha, who assisted us during our stay and went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. His kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful little gifts were greatly appreciated and added a personal touch to our experience. The only disappointment was the beach and ocean. The sand itself has a beautiful colour, and the sea looks lovely from a distance, but unfortunately there was quite a bit of rubbish both on the beach and floating in the water during our stay. Because of this, we spent most of our time at the resort pools instead. While the pools occasionally had some leaves and natural debris from the surrounding tropical environment, they were much cleaner and more enjoyable than the ocean. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and created many wonderful memories here. We would happily recommend The Laguna to anyone visiting Bali and would love to return in the future.
