The Laguna, A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali

We loved every aspect of this wonderful resort. Hands down the best resort we have ever stayed in. Classy and boutique. All staff were wonderful from porters to cleaners to wait staff to reception. A wonderful group of people giving stellar service with a smile Lisa at reception gave us a fabulous room and was very helpful and made our stay so much better. Eka, Andika and yogi gave us exceptional service with food just to name a few people but absolutely everyone working there was professional and very friendly. Sukariyana was very friendly and extremely talented artist . The pools were clean and the staff at the pool were very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned twice a day and there was never a shortage of water or towels. We will definitely come back to this wonderful resort.

It was quiet and clean with many amenities

Établissement excellent. Personnel très attentionné et toujours souriant. Nous avons rencontré un petit problème avec la chambre qui n'a pas pu être résolu immédiatement, mais ils nous ont rapidement surclassés. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner étaient copieux, variés et d'excellente qualité. Grâce à un entretien continu mais discret, l'environnement de la structure est toujours bien soigné et confortable.

The resort has a spacious lobby and several swimming pools spread throughout the property. Our room was large, comfortable, and equipped with all the expected amenities. However, the bathroom cleanliness needs improvement, and the overall property feels more like a residence than a five-star hotel. It needs a lot of improvement. Unfortunately, the service was poor compared with other resorts we have stayed at in Bali. Breakfast was below standard and very disorganized. I also had an unpleasant experience with one of the hostesses when I arrived for breakfast. I asked for a table inside, but she seated me near the door. When I asked to move, she said there was no availability, even though I could see several empty tables. I then said I would sit outside instead. She eventually seated me and took my order, but when I went to get food, she gave my table to someone else. When I came back, she did not even apologize for the mistake. The spa was good, but the prices were higher than at other five-star hotels. Around the pool area, it was unclear where to get towels, and there was no one available to provide service. Overall, the resort has good facilities, but the service was not great, and the food was below average. Would I recommend it? No, because there are many better options with a much better service.

This is the most amazing hotel we've ever stayed in. We came here to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, and the hotel staff did everything to make the occasion extra-special. We had a fabulous romantic dinner on the beach, and the hotel gave us a beautiful bouquet of flowers (and some other treats!). Special thanks to the staff at Kulkul Beach house for all the delicious lunches, to everyone at Banybiru restaurant for unforgettable meals every morning and evening, and to the housekeeping staff, who do a fantastic job. I visited the spa and had a manicure, which was also a real treat - again, I was looked after like royalty by the lovely beautician. The location of the hotel is perfect, with fabulous lagoons as well as a swimming pool to swim in. We had the use of a cabana all week, which was lovely. This is truly a wonderful hotel - made perfect by the incredibly hard-working and friendly staff. We can't wait to come back again!

Pools and all the facilities were amazing, well look after. Service of the all staff was always friendly and often felt like we were in a fine finding resort. They helped us with any and all of our requests. The breakfast buffet was next level. The range and quality was amazing. Location amongst many other resorts was exciting to explore. The ocean was amazing and clean and safe.
