Everything at this hotel was perfect, from the warm welcome upon arrival and the smooth check-in process to the presentation of the room and the continuously cleaned beach. The architecture of the rooms, built from solid wood, is outstanding, and the quality of everything in the room—linens, pillows, and furnishings—exceeds all expectations. The restaurant is simply incredible, offering the widest variety of specialties I have ever seen in a resort, and I have stayed at many. The quality fully justifies the price. Highly recommended!

"Fabulous resort"

This was our first time staying at The Laguna, and it was every bit as good as the reviews said. The property is stunning and such a wide selection of pools to sit at, and the beach was just lovely with very comfy loungers. All the staff we encountered were excellent, and our host Ibrahim was brilliant - he was on WhatsApp and always very quick to reply and sort out any requests we had. The staff went above and beyond on our anniversary, which we will always remember. We ate at a number of the restaurants and all the food was delicious, especially breakfast. I would highly recommend the hotel and we will definitely be back in the future.

Eine tolle Anlage in Nusa Dua. Man kann sich sehr gut erholen und entspannen. Es ist ruhig und man bekommt nicht mit wie viele Gäste im Hotel anwesend sind. Das Fitnessstudio war auch sehr gut ausgestattet.

Man muss leider alles extra bezahlen. Zum Beispiel die Fahrräder kann man ausleihen muss man aber pro Stunde bezahlen. Insgesamt die Preise in dem Hotel sind extrem teuer. Auch die Qualität an den Getränken am Strand war bei weitem nicht so gut wie ausserhalb des Hotels und hat dreimal so viel gekostet. Das war etwas schade. Liegen in der Bar am Strand (gehört zum Hotel dazu) muss man einen Mindestbestellwert von ca 130€ bezahlen, obwohl man Hotelgast ist.
