De Laguna is een voortreffelijk hotel in Nusa Dua, we kwamen hier voor de 2e keer en ook nu voldeed het aan onze verwachtingen. Kamer, eten, medewerkers, strand....geweldig.

מלון מפנק, עם שירות מעולה של צוות שיעשה הכל כדי שיהיה נעים במלון, כולם מחייכים ואדיבים. ארוחת הבוקר, מאוד מגוונת, עם אפשרויות בלי סוף, וצוות שיהיה מוכן גם להגיש דברים שאינם מוגשים בבופה. המיקום על החוף, והטיילת הנעימה, בהחלט תרמו להנאה. במרחק דקות הליכה יש מרכז קניות מקסים שנקרא "באלי קולקשיין" עם חנויות ומסעדות טובות שמעוצבות ממש יפה. גם במרחק רגלי נמצא מקום שנקרא water blow, נקודה בחוף עם סלעים מחודדים שהגלים מתנפצים אליהם לגובה רב, מאוד מרשים. החדרים מעוצבים ברמה מאוד גבוה, יפים ומפנקים, ואם היה חסר משהו, תוך דקות התקבל השירות. המלון מאוד גדול, עם לובי בעיצוב מדהים, נותן תחושה שאתם האורחים המרכזיים. המיקום של המלון, יחד עם ריזורטים אחרים, נמצא במתחם נפרד מהעיר שנמצאת בסמוך, עם כבישים שלצידם צמחייה ופסלים מדהימים. מלון נהדר!

באחד הימים הזמנו נהג ליום טיול, בצאתנו, ביקשתי מגבות, הבחור אמר לי לגשת לאזור הבריכות ולקחת. המרחק מהלובי לאזור זה, היה מרחק של כמה דקות הליכה, בגלל שהנהג חיכה ויתרתי על המגבות. הייתי מצפה ממלון ברמה הזו שיסייע בבקשה הפשוטה הזו, ויחזיק מלאי של מגבות באזור הלובי. זו ביקורת קטנה בעבור מי שיקרא במלון, כי כל השאר היה פשוט מושלם!

Our group friends recently spent a weekend here and it was, without question, one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have had together. We booked three rooms, and from the very moment we arrived, it was clear this was going to be something special. One of the first pleasant surprises was the thoughtful arrangement of our accommodations. We were given side-by-side rooms with direct pool access — a detail that made our entire stay feel effortless and incredibly social. Being able to step straight from our rooms to the pool fostered that relaxed, holiday atmosphere we were looking for, and made the shared moments between friends all the more enjoyable. But what truly elevated this stay from simply great to genuinely unforgettable was the caliber of the people who look after this property. The hospitality we received was above and beyond anything we had anticipated — warm, sincere, and deeply attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Exceptional team members who made a difference: Director of Rooms, Ibu Awie she was the embodiment of gracious leadership. Her warmth and attentiveness set the tone for the entire team, and her genuine kindness was felt throughout our stay. You could tell immediately why the standard of service here is so high — it flows directly from people like her. Bapak Perdi, the FOM was equally impressive — professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in ensuring every aspect of our arrival and stay was seamless. His attentiveness at the front office We had the pleasure of meeting Verina the Quality Manager in the lobby, and her presence was an instant delight. Sweet, engaging, and clearly passionate about the guest experience, she took a moment to check in with us and made us feel genuinely valued as guests rather than just another booking. And then there is Dedi — a true superstar. At one point, we found ourselves turned around and unable to locate the lobby from our room. Without any hesitation, Dedi personally escorted us the entire way. It was such a simple act, yet it spoke volumes about the culture of care this hotel fosters. That kind of instinctive, unhurried helpfulness is rare and should be celebrated. Beyond the people, the location is simply superb. Situated within the prestigious ITDC area of Nusa Dua, the setting feels private, polished, and worlds away from the bustle. The grounds and facilities are immaculately maintained and the overall product — from the rooms to the pool to the common areas — is of a genuinely premium standard that matches, and in many ways exceeds, expectations. In short, this is a hotel that has mastered the art of making guests feel at home while simultaneously delivering a level of luxury that lingers in the memory long after checkout. We left already looking forward to our next visit, and we will absolutely be returning.

stayed for 4 nights and it was super relaxing, surrounded by greenery. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the architecture and beautiful details of the lobby design. Very warm welcome from the staff and special thank you to Perdi as the front office manager for making sure things run smoothly for us. We got a lagoon access room which was really fun for my toddlers. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety, the local food selection r so delicious and authentic. There’s also ice cream on the breakfast :)) This hotel has a pool with beach sand which i really love. There’s jogging track next to the beach. Sometimes there was live music during lunch time at Arwana restaurant which make my beach stay even more lively yet relaxing. My kids r also enjoying kids activities. Best was the kite making! lastly, I would love to send big appreciation for Ibu Awie as the Director of Rooms for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely come back for our next vacation.

A wonderful hotel, incredibly clean and beautiful, a staff that does everything to make guests happy, a perfect room with the most comfortable bed, linens and pillows possible, a very aesthetic and comfortable shower and bath, a rich and delicious breakfast, even though the hotel is large because of the spaces and lagoons, there is no feeling of crowding and you always find a comfortable place to relax, a well-kept and pleasant seaside, from personal experience one of the best hotels in the world, highly recommended. We were in a room with access to the lagoon for a week.
