Can walk to the beach, nice environment. Excellent breakfast, great choice of different cuisines. Attentive waiters who went out of the way to ensure that your needs are met. Ade and Tea were very friendly.

The pools were lovely but in some parts you often questioned the cleanliness. The location on the beach is great. Nusa Dua in general is lovely.

The food was awful here. Almost unbearable. I personally wouldn’t call this a 5 star hotel, probably a 4 star but still descent enough. The beaches don’t seem very clean though so you’ll mostly use the pools.

What a lovely place to stay! We were treated like royalty 🙏 A must visit is the Sapphire bar at the saltwater pool, it is amazing, staff went out of their way to make our stay even more special! Especially Subrata for making us his own delicious cocktail recipe for my husband's birthday! We definitely will come here again next time! 😊

We had a perfect experience in KulKul restaurant. Laguna. The sushi was honestly one of the best we’ve had during our trip — incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Every dish felt carefully prepared and exceeded our expectations. What made the experience even more memorable was the amazing service from Eka Diah. She speaks many languages and communicated with us so naturally and warmly, which made us feel very comfortable as international guests. We really enjoyed chatting with her throughout the evening. She was attentive, thoughtful, and always noticed the small details before we even had to ask. Her kindness and professionalism truly elevated the entire experience. The atmosphere, food quality, and hospitality together created such a relaxing and enjoyable dinner. This was actually our graduation trip and one of the most memorable meals we had in Bali. Thank you to Eka Diah and the whole Laguna team for making the night so special. We would absolutely love to come back again.
