I had a truly wonderful stay at The Laguna Resort & Spa. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The resort is beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and offers outstanding facilities. The room was spacious, comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. What made the experience even more special was the warmth and kindness of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, always greeting guests with a smile and positive energy. The spa was exceptional. I enjoyed a facial, massage, and pedicure, and every treatment was delivered with great care and expertise. The spa team made me feel completely relaxed and well looked after. The entire property is a pleasure to walk around, with beautiful gardens, multiple restaurants and bars, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable experience. I would happily return and highly recommend The Laguna Resort & Spa to anyone visiting Bali.

"Luxe et calme"

Très bel hôtel, grandes chambres avec balcon, personnel aux petits soins, grands espaces piscine et plage.

Le prix des restaurants et des bars. Beaucoup trop cher pour Bali et plus cher qu’en Belgique. Le personnel nous a dit que l’hôtel était complet mais on ne voyait que très peu de personnes le soir. Pas d’ambiance et très calme.
