"Disappointed in Titanium Treatment – Language Bias at Check-In"

On June 8, I checked in as a Titanium member and watched the guest next to me with the same status, offered an upgrade and warm thanks. I, speaking in Spanish, received neither. I even chose to downgrade my room to be closer to the elevator, so this isn’t about perks, it’s about inconsistent treatment. I sent feedback to the hotel and got the usual “this should not have happened” reply. No kidding. The front desk could learn from the executive lounge staff, who treat all guests with genuine warmth. In a city with so many great hotel options, loyalty should go both ways.

"A short but perfect staying!!!"

JW Marriott Polanco was just 5/5 we are family of 5 we got 2 rooms. Spotless, clean, delicious amenities, one thing that I always pay attention to is how noisy a room can be with some many electronics on: bingo a Super quiet night it was. Amazing staff, super attentive on all matters. Breakfast was included in our rate, so we really enjoyed such a Mexican & international option for everyone and every taste! Great location we had a flight in the afternoon so we had enough time to Walk to Bosque de Chapultepec and take the tour inside the castle (super recommended, murals of the great Mexican artists there) the walk was super nice, safe and surrounded by beautiful trees!we ate at the steak restaurant by the hotel….just the unique& superb: Archiebald!!!
