This is an excellent hotel in a fantastic city. Top 5 things we enjoyed at the JW Marriott: wonderful staff, very clean room, pool (and pool staff), view, and executive lounge (and staff). Top 5 things we enjoyed in Mexico City: anthropology museum, roaming Polanco, Chapultepec Park (we only saw a small part), Mexican vibe, Frida Kahlo Museum..Viva la Vida!

It was a great stay, my third at this location and it will not be my last. The staff is excellent. It’s weird they didn’t ask for a credit card at check in for incidentals. Made it a little confusing because I couldn’t charge anything to the room. Other then that they stay was perfect

Always excellent service. Hotal is very clean and accommodating in a very nice place like Polanco with lots to do around. The hotel has 3 restaurants on the premises which makes it convenient for when you don't want to walk around. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will stay again and recommend it.

"Nice business hotel"

Everything was perfectly nice, but the lobby felt more like a cold, sterile, office building and not like a hotel lobby. The hotel is in a great location, but it’s rather impersonal and it felt more like an international Marriott instead of a luxury JW. It is certainly perfectly nice, but it’s not a luxury destination.
