All of the facilities were of a good standard

I left something in the room and contacted the hotel immediately. but this was not found. The standards of the staff do not reflect the standards of the hotel.

I asked if I can bring my own drinks and food which they said yes but in our room there wasn't any fridge to keep our food and also the microwave to warm our food. I also asked about the spa which I was told is for free and I can register with the reception upon my arrival and there was nothing like that.
