A very friendly and warm welcome. Friendly and helpful service throughout. Lovely facilities, including swimming pool, whirlpool sauna and steam room.

The mattress was not the quality that I would expect and both my husband and I woke up with lower back pain in the mornings. There was a mattress topper, which perhaps masked a problem with the mattress? We prefer the mattresses in the Premier Inn.
