Grounds and staff.

No.gluten free foods listed.on menus. Very poor with no labels for gf Asked staff for help with gluten free vegetarian, as I am coeliac, came back with a menu ticked and crossed items. Not one item was gluten free vegetarian. 2 items had been hand written as May contain. These would have made me sick if they had gluten in! Waitress was charming and I ended up with a salad and prawns without dressing. Worst service from a chef I have had in years. Most can adapt any menu and should have come out to talk to.me. Had spent a week prior on Mull, eating in small, locally owned restaurants with mo problems. Too corporate to care in my opinion!

Tv didn't work when arrived. But as sorted out by staff straight away and as they couldn't fix it we were allocated another room close by.

Bed and pillows excellent. Staff very good. Very good first impression Leisure facilities very good

Car park was difficult to negotiate when leaving. Some very tight turns to get onto the exit route. Could be better lit. My wife thought she would have been nervous if on her own when we returned late at night. There could have been a better selection of teas in the room.
