"Nice hotel with lovely facilities with some room for improvement"

Good facilities, nice pool, convenient location (close to motorway), good sized family room

The restaurant has rather poor menu, not much choice and the wait time is horrendous, for both food and drinks. Staff is nice and friendly but they really need to improve their serving skills/system. Response time from the housekeeping was also not impressive. When called reception to ask for a toilet roll as we ran out, noone came in over an hour.

No fridge in the room only 2 teabags, extra £30 to take our small dog into the room not specified when booked on booking.com

"Very comfortable stay, lovely pool, reasonable cost for one night"

Clean comfortable rooms. Lovely pool. Bar and food on site. Good location.

Disabled parking would have been more accommodating nearer the hotel entrance. Too much chlorine in the pool. Not enough mugs only 2 for 4 people. Only 2 biscuits and 3 milk tubs so had to go to reception and ask for more. Breakfast very over priced at 15£ a head or 18£ a head if booked on the day. 2 of the party who will only eat a piece of toast and a coffee and another who will drink a cup of tea.
