A pet cleaning fee applies per stay: £30 for one pet or £50 for two pets. Children’s swimming times are Monday to Friday 09:00-19:00, and Saturday to Sunday 09:00-18:00. Please note that aqua aerobics classes take place three times per week, during which the pool will be unavailable for general swimming at the following times: Monday and Thursday 14:00-15:00, Friday 14:15-15:00. Please note that Leisure Club opening hours may vary during bank holidays. Health club was great (especially pool with the kids) Good breakfast service Staff were friendly on the whole

When ordering a baby bed for an under 2 - a thin folded sheet is not a sufficient surface for a baby to sleep on - some form of mattress is required and was not supplied. Pet policy - there was a dog that yapped all night in one of the neighbouring rooms. The walls of the rooms are quite thin (we could hear kids playing till midnight on our first night) so a rethink of the pet policy or the placement of guests with pets within the hotel would be a good idea.
