For the price we paid, we were shocked that food was left out in the hallways for days, the restaurant onsite was not open, the hot tub was broken, the pool is very small, and we rarely saw a person that worked there. Poor condition of the furnishings with ripped couches and beat up tables. The thermostat in our room was broken and the safety latch was ripped off. There is no way anyone should stay here in the current condition of this hotel. There are many other options in the area.

This was a great place to stay. Taking the elevator to the S level took me right into the walkway for the Mayo Clinic. It made it so easy to go back and forth. The breakfast and dinner/appetizer option were yummy and it made it easy to eat and or get a snack. The Resturant was great and the hotel staff did everything they could to help make my stay great. Thank you!

Location is the best! Employees are very kind and helpful. I was disgusted to pay $200. A night and have extremely discolored towels, not to mention holes in them. Had to call down to get hand towels. Had to call down again To get toilet paper.
