Convenient location, close to a pub, a coffee shop, and an Italian restaurant, with an indoor shopping mall across the street. Our room was a little funky as the bed wasn't completely made up, but overall a comfortable enough stay.

To serve many Mayo patients with varied conditions, I would recommend they install toilets ov “comfort” heights rather than just a few inches off the floor

We are "Marriott" people and were thankful to have this property so convenient as we navigated multiple appointments at Mayo. It was clean, staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful as is always the case with a Mayo property. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was extremely short staff and while the clerk was gracious to help, there were extended wait times. We stayed on the concierge level and were disappointed by the styrofoam plates, plastic silverware & plastic cups for the reception time. Food was great, morning host was awesome, but it just fell short of my expectations for a Marriott.

The Marriott is a beautiful hotel very clean and staff is friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Valet staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend. The restaurant should have been open for lunch.
