The next door neighbour was smoking weed and playing loud music. Security came twice and banged on their door. Then at 3 am the neighbour played a prank and banged on our door! Sleepless night. Hotel can use some renovation and can have better signage at entry. It’s right on the circle. We had a car accident turning into hotel. Breakfast was decent though.
The staff were lovely. The facilities, my room in particular could have been cleaner. The tea service in my room appeared used before and no one looked to see if the cups were used-they were. Overall I enjoyed Cheshunt Marriott

The hotel was lovely but we were offered a suite update which didn’t happen and the breakfast was terrible. The scrambled eggs were off and tasted of fish. When we complained to a staff member they left the eggs out for other guests to eat
Parking was difficult. I was proactively engaged about upgrading my room prior to arrival, yet I wasn’t upgraded as it was not available. Therefore we had no mini-bar in room to keep drinks cool which is important when you have children. Staff should have advised us on checkin that upgrade was not available. Breakfast was fantastic.
Hotel easy to find very close to A10 road and shopping .hotel staff very helpful and service very good. Would use again.
Always enjoy staying here, rooms are spacious, clean and great nights sleep in very comfortable bed. Look forward to my next stay
Very friendly and helpful staff on front desk. Nice size room (King Garden room) with a comfortable bed. Tidy and clean although is bathroom may be due for qn upgrade soon as it is a bit dated - this did not distract from my stay. Breakfast was very good and on site parking convenient and cheap. I was on business and didnt venture out of the Hotel but there is a shopping centre very close.
