We use this hotel when we want to visit London. Convenient for Cheshunt station which gets us in to the centre in about 20 mins
Staff were excellent as expected from Marriott hotels group. Room was outdated and need upgrades works. The cooling / aircon system was far too noisy to sleep with on. Bed was comfortable. Shower with good presure but bath too small and too low.
Staff were friendly. The technology in the room was poor. TV very antiquated and limited channels. Need to upgrade to the 21st century. Decor dated
Staff are very customer focused but it is an old and dated product and rooms need an uplift

Excellent hotel, excellent friendly service, food great, room was clean and tidy. Shame there was no pool as the pictures still show there is one.
Stayed here one night . Everything was OK until 5 o clock in the morning when our neighbours decided to have a row in the corridor .
Really helpful and friendly staff, comfy large bed and top class toiletries. Very good selection of food for breakfast and handy spot close to a good shopping centre. Will definitely return
