I liked the friendly staff and the large room. It had everything we wanted in an easy to find area.
Our room was spacious and very comfortable but in need of an update with a large mark on the wall in the bathroom and a crack on one of the floor tiles. The staff were very welcoming.
No pool available,! Otherwise facilities were all there.

Made special request for an accessible bedroom as one guest has mobility issues and requires accessible bath. The accessible rooms were double booked so we didnt have much choice but to take the standard room available. The guest with mobility issues was unable to have a shower the next morning as a result.
Stay was ok but the hotel is looking very tired now especially the rooms, breakfast was good. Bar area was inadequate. Could be a nice hotel with a revamp
I would have expected more from a Marriott. The rooms were dated and tired and in need of some tlc. The heater in the room clicked on and off all night and kept waking me up. So i turned it off and woke up cold. Food was nothing to write home about with a basic menu and overpriced for what i got. Well below standard I'd expect for a luxury brand
Although the bed was comfortable the room was dated. The heating woke us twice in the night because it was so noisy, so had interrupted sleep which isn’t good when you have work the next day. Won’t be staying here again x
Very friendly staff. Big room with comfortable beds but a little dated. Lovely food and great value, drinks also not to pricey.
