"Disappointing rooms friendly staff and good food"

Beautiful building friendly staff

Was sold on room with extra large bed and got a queen bed and that all they have so miss sold. Headboard didn’t fit bed and had no bed side table. Out dated bathroom

"I have stayed there many times over the years and this was the worse experience I’ve ever had with staff and cleanness"

Location and the grounds

Room wasn’t clean the bathroom bin was full of rubbish when we checked in there was only one towel in the bathroom and no tea bags or milk in the room and the mattress and too small for the bed

Beautiful property, gorgeous room, lovely comfy bed and staff went above expectations leaving a card and chocolates for my daughters birthday. Wonderful treatments in spa, the spa girls were really great (Claire & can’t remember other girls name sorry!)
