Bally's Vicksburg

We loved the location.

The website said that there was a Buffet. So, we were excited to be somewhere that we could so gamble without having to leave. We had my elderly mother with us. This was very important. However, there was no buffet. Also we asked for a ground floor because she is disabled. That was not provided. The shower did not work, some of the outlets didn't work and the bathroom door could not close. Another big inconvenience was the fact that in the morning there was no coffee in the lobby for guest. You also couldn't walk through from the hotel to the casino that morning. We had to walk around the outside. Once we were there, we were told that there was no complimentary coffee, that we had to gamble in order to receive coffee. We were very disappointed with the stay. The staff was friendly. That was a plus.

I had to wait an extra 2 hours after 3 o'clock check in to get my room.

Blue plate specials at the cafe are made very well. Staff goes above and beyond with a smile.

They close the walkway from the hotel to the casino. Would not hurt anything to just keep it open.
