Best Western Richland Inn Mansfield

Staff was friendly, pool was nice.

Rooms very outdated and not clean looking. Couple across the way we could hear if you know what I mean.

Breakfast was good as expected for Best Western. The room was acceptable and clean.

No extra blankets. The lamp on bedside flickered. The refrigerator didn't cool or wasn't plugged in. Not enough shampoo for a family.

The rooms and location were great. Breakfast was good, with a few options.

The pool was closed.

Older hotel but the staff was friendly and helpful the room was as advertised and spacious.

It was very nice . Room was clean and comfortable . Staff was great and helpful. Located near restaurants and stores.

Well worth the money!! Clean and comfortable room, very nice breakfast, coffee, tea, juice and pastries always available. Staff was VERY nice and helpful. Building is dated but amenities make up for it.

Friendly and engaging staff. Facilities were clean but a bit worn and dayed. One of the queen beds in our room had either broken springs or bed support slats, but the check-out person did make a note of it for maintenence.
