Best Western Richland Inn Mansfield

This hotel is showing its age and now it’s also become unsafe-feeling. The heat/aircon units make a lot of noise and it’s impossible to sleep through this stops and starts. There’s no elevator so you have to drag your bags up the stairs. Worst of all was the fight in the hallway outside my room the second night…shouting, people hitting the walls, arguing loudly. Calls to the front desk went unanswered. It was frightening. The next morning, an obviously impaired man came down to the desk while I was getting some coffee and yogurt for breakfast, half-dressed and incoherent. Bottom line: don’t stay here.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and quiet.

Bed was comfortable, in room Keurig coffee, fridge and microwave. Near the interstate but not too noisy. Breakfast was good at this price point with eggs, sausage, home fries as well as waffles and the usual cereals , yogurt, etc.

Hotel was a little dated but clean.

We booked a king size room the room was not ready when we got there at 4 pm and no elevator very disappointed we certainly won’t be back

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful.

The breakfast was poor especially for a Best Western and the dining area is tiny. It seems like you hear the other guests a lot.
