I had booked a room for a four night stay while my apartment was getting ready. I did my best to find a hotel that was both cat and dog friendly. Their listing on here says they are pet friendly. I got to the hotel around midnight or some time a little later. Went to check in and was told that it is not cat friendly and is rarely dog friendly. The lady was fairly rude, she did let me stay for the night but made it seem like it was the end of the world. I offered to leave. It’s been almost a week since then and I still haven’t received my refund for the room deposit or the three days I didn’t stay.
