Room seemed clean, bed was comfortable looks like it was a nice facility

In our room, the toilet Seat was broken. Had to be careful when going to the bathroom otherwise, the toilet seat would Turn because it was not secured very well. Told the lady at the counter. She didn’t write it down or seem to care.

Great options for breakfast. Loved the pool and hot tub. Great staff: I made reservations and I had to change, they were all so patient and kind. She even knew my name when I came to check in!

Ensure that towels are restocked for the pool. Clean under the beds better

The first room we were put in, had a awful smell to it, like cigarettes and must. Honestly smelled like dirty people, and trash with the lingering scent of cigarettes. I am not the one to complain, although I do own my own cleaning company so I know the smell of an unclean environment! I normally am not the one to complain, but the odor was overpowering. This weekend was supposed to be a very special weekend for me and my friend, therefore we asked to stay in a cleaner room. The front desk lady was extremely argumentative, very rude, and harassed us the rest of our stay. We tried to approach the situation kindly, just expressing how it smelled, and if there is any options for us, she had more interest in standing there arguing about how people don’t smoke cigarettes in the rooms, how she watches the cameras constantly, how no one‘s gonna get away with that and how there is no smell. Getting very nasty, while having a person on speaker in her back pocket. I wasn’t going to stand there and continue arguing the smell, when me and my friend smell it, and quite honestly, the hall smelled too. Literally waiting for our Uber to go to a concert. She was standing by the front window, watching us leave, asking what we were even doing out front while waiting on the Uber. Her response was “ oh I guess that’s fine” rudely. To end the argumentativeness the night prior, I had to tell her I’m not gonna stand here and continue to argue with you. I could either leave a bad review, and move to a new hotel, or we can move to another room. She finally complied then, we ended up staying in another room, which still smelled like cigarettes and was quite nasty. At that point, I was exhausted the whole situation, and only had one day left of my stay. We decided to tough it out, but for any future guest, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I would not recommend giving your business here, take the extra hundred bucks to reserve a better hotel room, trust me.

The only positive was the hot tub.

Overall the hotel was dirty and not well maintained. The room and hallways were dingy and dirty. It was notable that the things they attempted to fix were not well handled and looked like it was going to break again. The bed sheets had stains and the toilet in the room was loose and felt as if it was going to tip over, making horrible sounds when sitting down. Also, there were a ton of sounds coming from above our room from 11:00pm to 2:00 am. We informed the front desk and they “spoke” to the customers but the sounds continued. We paid to stay there in vain, as we couldn’t sleep with all the noise.
