"Excellent"

Loved the spa and pool. The continental breakfast was good.

There was a family above our room. The children were noisy and they played music until late. Maybe they could have been booked somewhere away.

Kids liked the pool.

Bedding had blood and urine on it. Trash behind end tables, hair all over the bed like it hadnt been cleaned in a LONG LONG time. The booking on booking.com I had done was including a pet but when i got there she said it wasnt that way and I ended up having to pay $25/n extra and room was moved. The room stunk. I bought 91% rubbing alcohol to spray all over on everything before allowing my kids to roam around in the room. The next day the cleaner told me I wasnt allowed to have my dog in the room I was in, I told him to talk to the front desk staff bc I already paid for it and this is the room she put us in 🙃 A lot of random cars in the driveway running and people in them for hours - didn't feel safe to allow my kids to get very far from me at any point in time.
