Having to book online to get a better rate. I actually did this while standing in the lobby of the hotel

It was a great location. Only 10 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids via 96.

There is nothing we didn’t like.

I went down for breakfast the first night and there wasn't any eggs left. Then wen I left I forgot a black lunch box and it had 2 pops on it and they gonna say tht I didn't wen I know for a fact I did cuzi didn't put it in the car I forgot about it til I got home then I called and she said if they find anything they will call so I called back hours later and they still claim they didn't find anyrhing which I know is a crock of crap worst staff clearly they either kept it or threw it away just own it.

Being charged 177.00 a night because a concert was in town that I didn't even care about.

I loved the hot tub it was very warm definitely very relaxing

I had to wipe everything in the room down you can tell that it was not wiped down maybe it was done with a feather duster but there was nasty stuff all over the tables the mirrors and the TV was smeared looks like they were wiped with a dirty towel as I walked down the hallway the common areas were not clean either there was stuff that had gathered in the corners along with the cobwebs I think they need to hire a head housekeeper somebody to go in and check the rooms after they're clean and the shower head it just shot water all over the bathroom I had to take towels and dry the floor the blanket that was on the bed had to rip on it all the way through and the bathroom door did not close the ice container was full of water from the last people that had stayed in there they're very nice people they just need to take the whole cleaning thing up about 10 notches

We had no a/c, was up all night because it was so hot. Called the office and nothing. Expressed my concerns the next morning to the staff and did not care
