Check in was okay then it was all downhill from there. I could tell at check in it was going to be on of those stays. Man at front desk gave me 2 keys in the little folder which you could clearly tell was used from a prior visit or visits. Really? Okay you want to recycle the keys that’s fine but give me a new key folder. Then to the room. Booked for 4 people. Get to the room and one towel. Okay so back to front desk and now another person I deal with. I ask for towels. He says what room, I tell him and tell him there was 1 set of towels and we needed more. Gives me attitude like why we needed towels? Really? The entire trip was like this. They had 1 roll of toilet paper and for 4 people for 2 days we naturally ran out. So back to front desk and same man with same questions. What room? Why do we need it? Are you kidding me? Towels in pool weren’t there. Had to ask and got the same attitude for those? Room was not clean at all. Marks from spills on the walls. Cobwebs in the corners. Just generally not clean at all. Hallways were 100 degrees. Only thing positive was AC in room worked and water was hot and cold. That’s it. Breakfast options were ridiculous. Milk in a non working fridge. We skipped on that. For a Baymont Suites it should be ashamed to be called that. Was absolutely worst experience at a hotel ever.

Check in was so easy & pleasant

No breakfast, just coffee. The receipt I received stated a free continental breakfast. No room housekeeping service my entire stay both times. Unlikely I'll book there again.

The my room 124 had a hole in the bathroom roof from water damage and black mold was present l took photos it was awful!!!!

It was a very nice stay and reasonably priced.

My Granddaughter and I do a once a month stay somewhere. She is 5 and it is all about the hotel.

It was great to check in and go to the room and the AC was already on. Big Plus

ac unit in the room: filter cover door want stay closed. Very noisy and looks like was older then me... Sauna in the pool area out of order with some garbage inside...
