Baymont by Wyndham Harvard

My family and I stayed here for a few nights because of the country showdown that was happening. while we were staying. The outside doors were completely unlocked, which made my family and me feel so unsafe. There was an open creamer and sugar, and used coffee on top of the fridge. The bathroom was disgusting, and there weren't enough towels for us (there were 5 of us). The toilet and sink kept clogging. when we went swimming, there was black mold on the ceiling and rusted pipes. and chunks of hair in the pool. the second night we stayed, there was a blacked-out drunk worker on the stairs, and my sisters and I felt unsafe and worried that the person would grab her and drag her out. and we told the manager, and he said he would handle it, but the buddy of the guy who was drunk took him back to his room. And the boss got up to my mother's face and argued with her while the manager did nothing at all!! Then the man followed us to our room, and we didn't leave our room at all because of it. The manager didn't come and apologize or anything, and told the man that my mother has the right to complain, but never helped her at all when the man got into her face. So my family and I will never come back to this hotel. I would never recommend this hotel.

It’s run down.

Clean and convenient.

The room i was given ,the shiwer was not installed properly, the drain pipe came up through the floor, there were patched holes in the shower. Only half a roll of toilet paper, the airconditio er barely worked, took it 8 hrs to cool the room enough to sleep on 1st night, 3rd day left ac on high arrived back to room at 5 and took till midnight to cool enough to sleep.

We had to go to reception to get towels and shampoo the day we checked in

Sheets are dirty. Yellow stains on sheets/comforter. Air conditioning barely works room is very hot. Hallway smells very bad.

The properties are probably 30 to 40 years old and could use an update. But it's clean bed. Some of the things are a little rusted in the bathroom and some of the floor mats are little stained but clean. Price is probably the best in the area and that's probably the reason I chose. Plus it's next to one of the best restaurants in the area too

Did not stay in King room as I reserved. Breakfast hum...This stay was just very average
