The hotel is old, room is comfy, clean room and hallway, but carpet is old, two stories, and no elevator. Old air conditioner, makes noises at night. Barely has any sleep, walls are thin, can hear people talking in hallway, in rooms, and outside noises. Room has a microwave and small refrigerator. The property is a walk from Wal-mart and other businesses, 5 minutes into town.

I wasn't going to use the pool but it was out of order. I liked the recent renovated rooms with USB ports on the lamps. Breakfast was good and rates were very good for what you got.

The owners and staff are wonderful at this hotel. They have been renovating the hotel for a while, and are doing a great job. We have been to Storm Lake many times and i believe we have stayed everywhere. This is our favorite place because the owners and staff are so nice.

"Much More Than the Minimum Expectation"

I was pleasantly surprised by having a refrigerator and microwave in the room which was spacious and comfortable during my stay. I was very impressed by the choices to eat in the breakfast room. There was enough available to satisfy even a picky eater. A Quality Inn is always my first choice in accommodations!

Customer service is frustrating and not friendly told us that our booking was changed ,take it or live it shouting at us we asked for the manager and he told us he is the manager but finally it was fixed but i don't know how.

Smelly. Dirty. Unsafe. Closed gym closed pool. Breakfast was limited. Room old dirty and dingy. Back door to hotel does not lock.
