Excelente Lugar

Fácil acceso, buena ubicación, el mejor clima posible.

Pequeños inconvenientes con el lavaplatos pero nada que arruinara la estancia.

La casa no estaba despolvada, se miraba que no le dan mantenimiento diario y, aparte de eso, había muchos insectos adentro de la casa, como arañas y ciempiés y otros. La cocina no estaba en las mejores condiciones: la refrigeradora, la puerta no cerraba porque el empaque no le servía; la estufa, los quemadores estaban todos mohosos. Yo, mi esposo y mis dos bebés no nos quedamos esa noche. Lo más que estuvimos en el lugar fueron 20 minutos. Hablamos con el renter, si nos hacía la devolución de $120, porque (solo recibe efectivo), pero no lo quiso hacer y lo peor de todo, ya estaba super noche, tuvimos que manejar 2 horas para poder llegar a la capital. No recomendable, más si llevan niños.

Close to the hike entrance for the volcano, guides are readily available on the property. The late check out is convenient for being able to complete the hike and return for a shower before heading out.

Cold water even though they advertise they have warm water. There seems to be holes in the ceilings of the upper rooms, that caused lots of leaking throughout our room. The holes also allowed debris and bugs in. Rain is typical at night in the region so we woke up to cold water leaking on us in bed. They moved us to a lower room which solved the problem, but sleep was lost and my things and I got soaked walking to the lower room in the middle of the night. Seriously inconvenient. The property Wi-Fi was out, but the worker was nice enough to share his. The power went out, so I couldn't charge my things. The rooms are cold and they only offer thin and small blankets. I kept waking up cold. They started working on the ground at 6 am, which woke me up as well and I couldn't get back to sleep. The rooms are uncomfortable and uninviting. Management did nothing to compensate for all the inconveniences.

We had a lovely tone. The owner was very responsive and messaged very fast. Worth a stay when visiting the volcano

Location was very close to the volcano and hiking

They didn't have internet and we couldn't get any mobile reception. They only accepted cash.

It was nice to be close to both Santa Ana volcano hike and the national park.

No wi-fi, but nothing a good book couldn't solve.
