The service from the night front desk was unique very comprehensive

Where do I start...1. There was a blood stain on the sheets in the bed which clearly would have been seen by the maid when making the bed. 2.When we arrived and the first thing that was needed was a shower - there was no water. All units were shut off. 3. fridge wasn't turned on to keep our food cold. 4. The pool was a disgrace, not usable for the kids as planned. 4. Only one ice machine in a huge building with 5 floors. And all the golfers used the machine to pack their coolers. 6. The smell in the east side of the building from wet carpet was disgusting. 7. Huge and dangerous potholes in the driveway should have been marked with pilons. 8. Bed on the pullout couch wasn't made up but at least there were sheets to use but no blanket. 9. The outside door closest to our room didn't work so we had to park/walk around the hotel to a door that worked but then walk a long distance carrying cooler and bags once in the hotel. One good thing, at least the hotel was quiet and no road noise being so close to the highway.

Didn't like the sofa bed was basically unuseable for our grandson as it was falling apart. The area to sleep on was ripped and not attached and dangerous with the huge gaps at each end. Our grandson only weighs 50lbs. Room wasn’t cleaned on the 2nd day and lacking in regular amenities.

Nice stay but the breakfast buffet happened to be out of eggs when I went in to the dining room. It took 20 minutes for the kitchen to replenish them but the maitre D said it would be 5 ninutes when I sat down. Maybe it was a one off situation. Not sure.

Did not do any housekeeping for a 2 day stay, very dated/dirty facilities, overpriced, absolutely terrible breakfast, will not stay there again and do not recommend.

The room was so disgusting, pubic hairs in the sheets, the awful smell, the toilet would not flush and the TV did not work. Manager came to the room with a plunger and began plunging the toilet (which we hadn’t used yet) while we stood watching in horror! We were given a second room which had pubic hairs in the bed sheets again, smelled bad, the toilet barely flushed(definitely wouldn’t have handled a bowel movement) and the tv did not work, concierge brought us to a third room and yes, same issues as the previous 2. We asked for our money back as they already charged my credit card for 2 nights plus a $200 security deposit and was told I had to go through Expedia for the refund. I’ve tried for 3 days through Expedia and was told the hotel would not agree to a refund! EVEN MY SECURITY DEPOSIT WAS KEPT! and I didn’t even stay there!!! I spent $989.65 between two different hotels in two different cities to attend a family members funeral, plus the $600 charged by unQuality Inn. I am so upset and disgusted by both the Quality Inn Woodstock and Expedia and highly recommend anyone thinking of using either of these companies to seriously think twice!

This hotel should be off market! Dirty, smelly, horrible!! Is there an institution that checks the conditions of these hotels! How is it even possible that they offer services! It should be closed!

Customer service was terrible. Not welcoming at all.

Hot Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and operational, staff were very pleasant. A bit worn out
