Quality Hotel & Suites Woodstock

They gave us a room, but we couldn't access the room. We went back to the front desk and the guy said, he tried again to access our cards activation and said, he will come to see us in 2 minutes, if we got access to our room or not. He didn't showed up and we again went back to him and he came with us to check what's going on with the access card. He called maintenance guy, and maintenance guy fixed the lock of that room. Front desk operator said now you can take your room. When we went in there, we found out that room was already allotted to someone. It's was very very terrifying experience we have ever had.

Area was good lost to do around hotel rooms whre ok ac did not work called front desk said sen someonenuo did not bf in more was tarrable and hAd nuthjng in thhe food trays

Older room and hotel needed alot of minor repairs. Bathroom was worn with wallpaper peeling off walls. Exhaust fan eas hanging down from ceilingvalso was really dirty. Stain on back of bathroom door. Tub plug was broke. Cabinet with fridge would not close. Beds were clean and room smelt like clean. Fire alarm in hallway was chirping when we arrived but got fixed when we told them about it. Pool was closed for repairs but we were not told when booking. Does not look like it would be open anytime soon

This was the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The carpet in the room was sticky when you walked on it, the pillows were half sized not even real pillows. The view from the room was a run down forgotten about nasty dirty pool with spray paint all over the deck. The breakfast was cold and there were hardly any options. The whole thing smelled like smoke and mould. Would not recommend.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is older and needs renovations. The public areas were very clean. The parking lot is kind of sketchy at night, giant pot holes and a back door that does lock. There is a security guard parked out back. Our room was a good size for just the 2 of us. The free breakfast was really good, a lot choices, hot and cold. We really didn’t spend a lot time there except to sleep, so it served its purpose.

Our stay was great! Beautiful room and hotel. Breakfast was delicious both days we were there. Only thing they should include a spare roll of toilet paper as we had none in our room. Had to ask for one but otherwise very nice stay.

Breakfast offered was fantastic!

It was convenient and filled ou needs. Pleasant staff Quick trip and they took good care of us.
