Quality Hotel & Suites Woodstock

Dirty bedding on check-in. Powerful smell of body odour in first floor hallway. Dirty carpets. Permanent staining in bathtub. Pool not in use and appears not to have been maintained for some time. Overall, the hotel appears very "tired" and run-down.

They would not let us cancel seeing there was a huge storm and our event was canceled, we had 8 rooms booked and they made up pay for everything even though we did not go. I would never book here again, nor will I ever use Expedia again.

Coverall good. Room was spacious. Outdoor pool was not in service and was not maintained and it was our view. Nice location close to food options as well as easy on off highway.

It’s close to the major highway but not close enough to hear. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance.

I am from Woodstock, but now live in the US - we stay here when we come up to visit family. This hotel back in the day used to be the premier hotel in the area. Unfortunately it’s been let to go down hill and deteriorate. This is our second stay here, so obviously it’s not that bad…our main reason for coming back is because it’s dog friendly and it’s cheap. The rooms are clean and we haven’t experienced issues during our stays. The hall ways could really use a good deep clean and refresh, I think that would go a long way. We have limited interaction with the staff, we like to come and go from the side door, but when we did need more supplies the girl at the front desk was friendly. I really hope that someone can infuse some money and TLC into this once really nice property. Woodstock is pretty limited still on hotels, so it would be worth it to invest in this hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay. Friendly staff and very helpful when I forgot something in my room. I would return in future.

I liked the location and the receptionist but the room was not clean no toilet paper lights didn't work shower tap didn't work properly but I didn't complain about it because we had been driving for 15 hours I just wanted rest

Hotel needs major renovations.

Poor customer service, very unclean & run down. The toilet had feces all over bowl & disgusting. Linen had stains & carpet appeared to have not been vacuumed in a long time. Elevator was out of service as well.
