Quality Inn & Suites Caseyville - St Louis

I will start out with what was good with our stay. Staff was friendly, water pressure was really good, bed was comfortable and the a/c was good. Bad was, facility and parking lot was dirty, bed cover had a moist white stain, bathroom was dirty and stool float got stuck and would not fill up the tank at times. We found one roach running across the top of the bed in the middle of the day. No breakfast during the week. The towels were thread bare and not enough wash rags (2) . When the room was cleaned they did not leave any Coffey cups. Other then that it was convenient to the convention center in st Louis without having to stay on that big city.

Room was ehh bathroom was dirty especially the toilet had pee all around the bowl tub was nasty beds had stains on the sheets breakfast was put out Saturday but not how it was explained when I booked my stay today when I check out there was no breakfast this hotel definitely needs a over haul

The Air conditioning worked well, and the room was clean. Nobody was checking the breakfast supplies, and the desk clerk had to be asked to bring items that ran out.

Cozy and comforting

The elevator was at the end of the hall. The deposit was $100. The water pressure in the shower was very poor. The whole place smelled of cannabis, which was making me feel ill and have a headache.

My family and I rented 3 rooms here for the weekend. All 3 rooms were dirty. I was upgraded to another room, and that one was dirty as well. At midnight a gentleman was knocking on all the doors on the 2nd floor stating that he’s hotel security and there was a noise complaint. However everyone in my room was asleep. He later stated that he was playing and was looking for someone. When I told him I was getting my husband he walked away. When went downstairs to the front desk we’re told that they don’t have security. We packed up all of our belongings and had to go check into another hotel. Which was very inconvenient for us. My sister room had splash’s of blood on the blanket and bathroom wall. The tub in my mother’s room was leaking. This hotel really needs to close down and renovate the entire building. Do not stay here!

This place had dirty toilet dirty bed linnet. The entire restroom was naty

The outside of the building look very clean, very nice and location was decent to get anywhere pretty much in saint louis

The listing shows that there is guest laundry and there is not.It was out of service Listing shows that it has an elevatorThe elevator was out both days.I was there, and I was put on the third floor when I came to saint louis.For medical reasons, it was very difficult to get up and down the stairs.It made me restrict what I did for the time.I was there greatly I said there was a breakfast, but there was absolutely nothing.For breakfast, not even a danish or coffee... shows be large to be in the room on the wall.But all there was was was a very small one set on top of the dresser that didnt even work... The first room I was put inThe refrigerator didn't work in the toilet.Did not flush so I was put in the room next door which is where all the other issues were It was quiet sheets were clean, but the essentials were not there as dictated...

The place had a recent inspection that they failed. The elevator was broken, the pool and hot tub were closed and they could not serve breakfast. We requested a different room because of the elevator issue. The inn sent a reimbursement to Hotels.com on my behalf which they in turn should be returning to me. Where is the notice from Hotels.com re: the reimbursement?
